How Does Jazz Meditation Work?

Each custom experience lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour. We will follow an improvisation-based method, allowing you to remain present and connect more deeply with your personal sound. When setting an intention for creativity, jazz meditation allows for playfulness and experimentation.

Each session is catered to the individual. Thus, we'll spend around 15 minutes getting to know each other through an informal consultation. During this session, I aim to get a sense of where your current problems lie. This streamlines the process and better prepares me to assist you on your mindfulness journey.

After our consultation, we'll create a custom session that focuses on your individual needs. You'll learn how to develop your meditative practice and implement mindfulness on a daily basis.
